This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the online store "Tittle", located on the domain name https://tittle.pro, may receive about the User during the use of the website of the online store, programs and products of the online store.

"Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4 "Confidentiality of personal data" - mandatory for observance by the Operator or other person who obtained access to personal data, the requirement not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "Online Store Website User (hereinafter "User") - a person accessing the Site via the Internet and using the Online Store Website.
1.1.6. "Cookies" - is a small piece of data, sent by a Web-server and stored on the user's computer, which the Web-client or Web-browser sends each time the Web-server in HTTP-request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP-address" - the unique network address of a node in an IP-based computer network.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Use of the Online Store's website by the User means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Internet-shop website.

referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1 Disabling cookies may prevent access to the parts of the Internet-shop site requiring authorization.
3.3.2 The online store collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to detect and resolve technical problems and to control the legality of financial payments.
3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) shall be stored securely and shall not be disclosed, except as set out in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1 Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2 User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, exclusively for the purpose of execution of the User's order, executed on the Site of online store "Store name", including delivery of goods.
5.3 Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User shall:
6.1.1 Provide personal data information necessary to use the Website of the online store.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in such information.
6.2 Administration of the site is obliged to:
6.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data of User, except for items 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 To block Personal Data, related to the relevant User, from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative, or authorized body on protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The Administration of the site, not fulfilling its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases, provided by the items. 5.2, 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not responsible, if this confidential information
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.
7.2.3. has been disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before going to court to settle disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Online Store and the Administration of the site, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily settle a dispute).
8.2 Recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim.
8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall be applied to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration of the Website.
9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. A new Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
